Santa Barbara Handyman Pros provides handyman, home repair, and light property maintenance services within our published service areas. Scope of work, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed before work begins. Some projects may require a licensed specialty contractor, permit, or work outside our scope; we will tell you honestly when that applies.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and may be revised if conditions on site differ from what was described. You approve the price (hourly or flat, as agreed) before we start. Additional work requires your approval. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion.

Scheduling & Access

Arrival windows are estimates. We make every effort to arrive as scheduled and will communicate if something changes. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to disclose known hazards (for example, pets, electrical issues, or structural concerns).

Licensing & Insurance

We operate as a California handyman business within applicable legal limits for handyman work. Proof of insurance and licensing documentation can be provided upon request for property managers, HOAs, and clients who need it.

Warranty & Satisfaction

We stand behind our workmanship. If something we completed is not right, contact us promptly and we will make a reasonable effort to correct it. Warranties do not cover normal wear, misuse, pre-existing conditions, work performed by others, or damage from weather, water intrusion, or structural movement beyond our control.
